Biloxi Pro Hockey gearing up for first game at the Coast Coliseum

The Federal Prospects Hockey League will host three games in December with their first game set for Thursday, December 2nd at the Coliseum in Biloxi.

The three games will give hockey fans a chance to pack the Mississippi Coast Coliseum as part of the Biloxi Pro Hockey back to the Coast.

Seven years ago, the Mississippi Sea Wolves parted ways with the Coast. Joe Pace, Biloxi Pro Hockey Chief Operating Officer, tells News 25 the goal is to drop the puck next season with the Sea Wolves. “The community loved it. It was sad when they had to say goodbye to it. The last seven years without professional hockey has been boring for a lot of people. So, it’s going to be exciting to bring back this form of entertainment to the Gulf Coast and bring that excitement back to the community.”

Thursday, the Columbus River Dragons and Port Huron Prowlers will be face off. Tickets can be purchased at biloxiprohockey.com/tickets.
