Biloxi Police Department holding fifth annual Citizen’s Police Academy

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Lt. Candace Young from the Biloxi Police Department is here to talk about the Citizen’s Police Academy set to begin in August.

The Biloxi Police Department is now accepting applications for participants for its Fifth Annual Citizens Police Academy taking place Aug. 21 to Oct. 28, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Participants must be at least 21 years old, a resident of Harrison County, and must complete an application, which is available at the front desk of the Public Safety Center, 170 Porter Ave.

The application deadline is August 1.
