Biloxi residents took to the polls today to cast their votes for the special election for mayor. Your preliminary results are in. Numbers show front runners FoFo Gilich and Windy Swetman are heading for a runoff.
The runoff will be May 12th between FoFo Gilich and Windy Swetman.
