Biloxi man charged with sex crimes against juvenile, child porn

A Biloxi man is in jail, charged with assaulting a child and other sex crimes.

Biloxi Police say 43-year-old Ellis Cenales was arrested Tuesday and charged with production of child pornography, possession of child pornography, touching a child for lustful purposes and sexual battery. He was taken to the Harrison County jail and bond was set at $250,000 per charge, $1 million total.

Police say a complaint was filed January 12, accusing Cenales of assaulting a child under the age of 16. During the investigation, criminal investigators uncovered evidence that led to warrants on the charges and his arrest.
