Biloxi kicks off Twelfth Night at City Hall

The Twelfth Night gathering, which signals the beginning of Carnival season in Biloxi, takes place on Sunday, Jan. 5 beginning at 5 p.m.
The event includes a small parade of floats, presentation of the Gulf Coast Carnival Association 2025 Flag Bearers, food, and music.
King d’Iberville and Queen ixolib will join Mayor Gilich in turning on the lights of Carnival.
The event is open to the public and free to attend.
