Biloxi football’s Damaryion Fillmore signs with MGCCC

Biloxi High senior Defensive Back Damaryion Fillmore put pen to paper with Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

Fillmore has been a varsity contributor for the Indians ever since his sophomore year, closing out his Big Red career with big time numbers, 142 total tackles and six interceptions on defense and then 580 yards and six touchdowns rushing on offense as a senior.

When it comes to Perk, he says he loves the coaches, people, facilities, atmosphere, and location. “I mean it represents a lot. This is a big milestone for me. This doesn’t happen to everybody, so for me, it’s just like a new stepping stone in my life. It’s going to be a good journey just to see what I can get and what will come.”

Fellow Biloxi teammate Duran Parish also signed over the Christmas holidays at the Division I level with Vanderbilt.
