Biloxi Fire Department’s ‘Fill the Boot’ Drive

The Biloxi Fire Department is warming up for their annual ‘Fill the Boot’ Drive.

Each year, firefighters ask people to help them ‘fill the boot’ to raise money to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Continuing a 65-year tradition, these Biloxi firefighters will be hitting the streets with boots in hand asking pedestrians, motorists, customers, and others to make a donation to the MDA this Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the following three intersections:

• Porter Avenue and Beach Boulevard
• Popps Ferry and Pass Road
• Cedar Lake and Popps Ferry
