Biloxi Councilman Robert Deming announces resignation from council
Biloxi City Councilman Robert Deming announced his resignation from the council effective immediately during a press conference at City Hall.
This announcement stems from his guilty plea last week in federal court on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, a case that began back in 2023 surrounding products sold at his CBD stores.
