Biloxi Burglary Suspect Arrested
On 21 April 2016, The Biloxi Police Department arrested 25 year old Marshall Ray Williams on charges of burglary of a dwelling and felony eluding. The arrest for burglary stems from an investigation into a residential burglary that occurred in the 1600 block of Pringle Circle Biloxi, MS on the 16th of April 2016 when the homeowner came home from out of town and caught Mr. Williams in the residence. Williams fled the scene before police could arrive. A warrant was issued for Williams by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain on 20 April 2016 in which he denied bond due to Williams being out on bond/ indictment for a previous burglary charge. On 21 April 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, Williams evaded police arrest after being clocked on radar speeding in the area of Old Hwy 67 and Woolmarket Rd. Williams was able to elude officers and fled to Gulfport where Biloxi Police located and arrested him in the area of Ann Ave and Boles Rd. He was arrested without incident. Williams was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center and held without bond on the burglary warrant. Justice Court Judge Bruce Strong set a $25,000.00 bond on Williams for the felony eluding charge.
