Billfish Classic awards

The annual Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic Tournament has come to an end.

The awards ceremony and brunch to end the tournament was held in the Golden Nugget ballroom and was lively with anticipation as the winners were announced. Prizes and $2.3 million overall were awarded.

The biggest winner of the tournament was Team Reel Addiction who went home with $450,705 for their blue marlin catch.

Team Reel Addiction was not the only ones coming out of the waters this weekend. Other team’s earnings went well into the hundred-thousands.
