Bienville Orthopaedic now offers urgent care service in Orange Grove

Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists announced a new service for a Gulfport community.

The Bienville Ortho Urgent Care opened in Orange Grove on Thursday.

As an orthopaedic-only urgent care, the facility offers immediate care for acute injuries that require urgent attention.

X-ray and MRI imaging is available at the urgent care, along with splinting, casting and bracing, if needed.

Lee Bond, CEO at Bienville, said the urgent care is a great way to continue to provide service for the community.

“It’s a great day for Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists and for all of Harrison County,” Bond said.

“We are very excited to open within our Bienville facility off of Highway 49 and Urgent Care for Orthopedics. It’s a great way for us to continue being the ones to trust for orthepedic care. And take care of our community that we love.”

Amanda Hansen, a physician’s assistant at the urgent care, said she’s there to help.

“I’m excited to increase the access of care here on the Coast,” she said. “We can help with any orthopedic emergencies. If you think you broke a bone or sprained an ankle, we’re here to help.”

Bienville Orthopaedic’s urgent care is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
