Bids open on two Pascagoula properties

The City of Pascagoula is accepting proposals for qualified developers for two different properties in the city. One is the Holland Street Property and the other is the Hague Property.
The Strategic Plan Housing Subcommittee is currently soliciting developer qualifications to work with the subcommittee to build a single family housing development with possible mixed use components.
If you are an interested developer, proposals will be accepted until August 1st. You can mail them in to JDearman@cityofpascagoula.com.
