Beyond Therapy Clinic opens on the Gulf Coast

A new pediatric clinic opened its doors yesterday in Gulfport.

Beyond Therapy is a clinic that provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy for children from infants to age 21.

Clinic Director Robin McCaffrey earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Southern Mississippi and a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

McCaffrey is certified in pediatrics and neurodevelopment treatment. “There’s such a need for pediatric outpatient therapy, so we knew that there was a huge population here that was not being served and there are some great providers along the Coast but there just not as many as there is population, so we thought this would be a great area to be able to provide services for the people on the Coast.”

The clinic is located as 1423 Magnolia Street Suite D and operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
