Benefit for kids with spina bifida

One local biker group is riding around town in support of a good cause.
The Little River Run took place Saturday morning in Vancleave to benefit kids with spina bifida, a rare birth defect that causes problems with the central nervous system.
Around 20 bikers were escorted by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department and rode 110 miles. Five-year-old River Allen who is a victim of the rare birth defect led the group along with his running buddy.
All proceeds will go towards spina bifida of Greater New Orleans Camp Friendship.
