Beau Rivage reopens Jia with a fresh new look

In celebration of Lunar New Year, Beau Rivage opens their refreshed dining experience at Jia, a Pan-Asian restaurant.

The venue has an epicurean journey that features new offerings including noodles by Jia, a noodle bar that focuses on handmade vegetable, meat and seafood dishes with Vietnamese flavors and textures.

The menu also includes a variety of curated cocktails developed with a focus on seasonality and craftsmanship.

Jia greets diners with an open, inviting, and zen-inspired eighteen-seat circular noodle bar with warm gold paneled accents and decorative lantern lighting. Executive Chef Kristian Wade said, “There is a strong Vietnamese culture here on the Coast and based on our customer feedback this was a demand. So, we wanted to execute on that and move forward with it and we did.”

Jia opened tonight for dinner and is located on the Beau Rivage casino floor, adjacent to the Baccarat pit.
