Beau Rivage and Keesler Federal Credit union host Heroes of Fallen Oak Golf Tournament
Beau Rivage Resort and Casino and Keesler Federal Credit teamed up to host their second annual Heroes at Fallen Oak Golf Tournament.
Twenty-seven teams with first responders from across the Coast enjoyed a friendly golf competition. Today was a day to show thanks, honor, and provide a relaxing day for first responders who protect and serve our communities daily.
Keesler Air Force Base Fire, Sea Bees Base Fire, the Mississippi Highway Patrol, local fire, police, and county sheriff’s departments all took part in the event. Keesler Federal Credit Union President and CEO Andy Swoger said, “We think it is important to say thank you, not only whenever a disaster happens, not just waiting until there is a hurricane to see these men and women jump into action. They create an environment for us to do business. They create a safe environment for our families. We at Keesler Federal think it is important to say thank you all the time, not just when something bad happens.”
Some bragging rights for Bay St. Louis Fire Department who won first place at the tournament.
