Bayou Bargains grand opening in Gulfport

Gulf Coast residents are getting a bang for their buck thanks to a new discount store.

Bayou Bargains in Gulfport hosted their grand opening this weekend. The new discount store allows you to get high priced items at a much lower price.

Each day of the week is a specific price, but nothing will ever be more than $7. The bins are filled with overstocked items from different online stores.

In fact, the bins are so full that Owners Aaron Brockup and Mark Powell say they don’t know what’s in each bin, but they know it’s a great deal. Powell said, “You can walk in at anytime and find something that is worth $25 or $30 and it’s just seven, five, four, three, two, or 50 cents on any given day.”

Brockup said, “Each day you come in here, the deals are always dropping. So, you can come in here no matter what day you pick you can find yourself a really good deal.”

Bayou Bargains accepts cards only and all sales are final.
