Bay St. Louis accepts registrations for Short-Term Rentals

The City of Bay St. Louis is now accepting registrations for short-term rental operations following the adoption of Ordinance Number 669-08-2024 in August 2024.

This ordinance requires all short-term rental operators to obtain a city permit to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

All applications must be completed by December 31, 2024.

To register, applicants can find the short-term rental application on the City’s website under the zoning department tab. Applications can be submitted online or in person, accompanied by a $100 annual registration fee.
