In the first varsity game of the Battle at the Beach, Pass Christian taking on Denham Springs out of Louisiana.

Pass Christian wins 4-3.

During the game, News 25 caught up with Biloxi AD Eddie Lofton to talk Battle at the Beach. “Couldn’t be prouder of what it is. It’s talked about all over our state for sure, but obviously we’ve got five states that are represented this year, so I think it’s going to grow even more. As long as you have spring breaks for other people and we’re allowed to invite them down here, they get the Coast atmosphere, they get the good food and they obviously get baseball involved with it so it’s just a great situation.”

Five more total games tomorrow including two at MGM Park at 5 and 7:30.
