Basketball: Southeastern Louisiana vs. Jackson State

Lions, tigers, and hoops? Oh my!
An exhibition basketball game took place tonight at the Bert Jenkins Gym inside Gulfport High School, but it wasn’t the Admirals tipping off.
Both the Jackson State Tigers and the Southeastern Louisiana Lions agreed to play for a good cause. The proceeds from tonight’s event went to hurricane relief efforts across the Gulf Coast.
Southeastern Louisiana held off the Tigers by a final score of 57-51.
