Axe throwing in Biloxi

Axe throwing is the new craze that is sweeping the nation and it just landed right here in Biloxi.

Last Friday, Skal Axe Throwing opened its doors on Howard Avenue in Biloxi. This business gives anyone age 13 and up a chance to try their hand at the extreme sport of axe throwing.

Skal Axe Throwing also features a restaurant and bar, but they do limit customers to two drinks while they are participating in axe throwing. Skal Axe Throwing Owner Daniel McNatt said, “We want to give more alternatives for people to do things and places to go. There are a lot of great businesses right here in downtown Biloxi but too often people don’t venture outside of the casinos. We hope to be something that draws people out so when they are here they can then walk to some of the other great places.”
