Authorities on Manhunt on Canal Road after High Speed Chase Ends in Crash

Authorities searching for man who crashed vehicle at Canal Road and Interstate 10 after leading police and deputies on a high speed chase. The suspect is a black male, believed to be wearing tan shorts. Initial reports indicate he attacked an employee at a tire company on Canal Road. Residents in the area of Canal Road should be sure to lock up and be on the look out. Authorities and K-9 units are on a manhunt around the area just north of the railroad tracks on Canal Road.
