Authorities investigating possible drowning in Biloxi

Around 6:19 p.m. Tuesday, the Biloxi Communications Center received a report of what appeared to be a person floating in the water in the 300 block of Hiller Drive.

Due to the report, Biloxi Patrol Officers, as well as members of the Biloxi Fire Department responded to the area in an attempt to provide assistance.

A Biloxi Rescue Boat also responded and recovered the body. Upon recovery, the victim was determined to be deceased.
