ATVs prohibited on city streets in Moss Point

The City of Moss Point wants to remind the public now that ATVs are prohibited to be used on city streets and public parks.

Operating one can be a danger to the riders and the community. Moss Point police say they responded to an ATV accident that resulted in a child’s death.

Moss Point PD say they have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized vehicles on public roadways.

If stopped, that vehicle will be towed and the operator will be issued a citation and may even be arrested.
