Arrests made, shots fired at Boots N Spurs

On Saturday, officers from the Ocean Springs Police Department responded to the downtown area in regards to shots possibly fired after an altercation that took place inside of Boots N Spurs.

Officers were directed to a location in the parking lot where they made contact with men involved in the incident.

Larry Ratliff III was arrested for brandishing a firearm. Matthew Chase Smith received a public drunkenness charge. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
