Arrests made in fatal shooting on Ladnier Road in Gautier
GAUTIER, MS – Thomas Guy Rogers, 27-years-old, the suspect in a fatal shooting in Gautier, was arrested today at a residence in Mobile, AL.
He will be held at the Mobile Metro Jail until extradited back to MS.
On May 5th, Detectives arrested 21-year-old Iesha Finley of Gautier at a residence in Brookhaven, MS for accessory after the fact related to this shooting.
Detectives believe Rogers and Fairley were in a dating relationship.
The fatal shooting occurred at the Pure gas station located at 2218 Ladnier Rd. Officers were dispatched to the location at around 3:20 pm on April 3, 2023, for a reported shooting.
Officers found Maurice Shannon deceased from gunshot wounds when they arrived on-scene.
