Arrests made for alleged drug deal in Picayune

PICAYUNE, Miss. (WXXV)- The Picayune Police Department shared that detectives with the special operations division stopped a drug deal on Monday.

The deal was seen at a business on Highway 11; detectives performed a traffic stop on a car leaving the area.

Brooklyn Holloway was the driver. She had fentanyl along with materials used for packaging and distribution.

The passenger was identified as Brandon Tarver. He had meth on him.

In the other car, detectives found Willie Montgomery in the passenger seat. He was holding a baggie of fentanyl.

The driver, Amanda Emery, was seen trying to throw bags of fentanyl out her window.

All were taken into custody.
