Arrested for statutory rape

The Biloxi Police Department arrested one man today for statutory rape.

Nineteen-year-old Darwin Robert Dubon Ibanez of Biloxi was issued a warrant as the result of an investigation into allegations made back in October 2018.

Ibanez had engaged in sexual activity with a juvenile under the age of 16. Ibanez was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center where a $200,000 bond was set.
