If you are one of several Ocean Springs residents who have had packages stolen from your porch call the Jackson County Sheriff’s department, because you may now be able to get them back.
All thanks to one resident who took down the license plate number, of a man he caught stealing a package from his porch and driving off.
32 year old Jason Phillips has been arrested for "Receiving Stolen Property," and possibly other charges.
