Arrested for aggravated domestic assault

On November 16, 2023, the Biloxi Police Department arrested 53-year-old Charles Kevin Ingram of Vancleave, Mississippi, on a charge of Aggravated Domestic Assault.

This arrest was the result of an investigation in which a citizen reported finding a body in the roadway, on the I-110 loop (US 90 eastbound on ramp).

Biloxi Police arrived on scene and determined the injured person to be the victim of a domestic altercation, later learning she had been run over by a vehicle being operated by Ingram.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is listed as critical, due to life-threatening injuries.

With assistance from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Ingram was later located and taken into custody without incident.

Ingram is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $500,000.00 bond set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
