Arrested For 2nd Degree Murder

A teenager has been arrested in the death of a 63 year old man in Gulfport.

19 year old “Warren Perkins” is charged with second degree murder following Sunday’s discovery of a body in the 8000 Block of 34th avenue.

63 year old, Aaron Wilson of Gulfport and Perkins were inside the residence when Perkins shot the victim in the torso.

Afterward, Perkins fled the residence on foot which was captured on the surveillance system of the victim’s residence.

He was later arrested without incident.
Members of the Gulfport community are still in shock after hearing about a death on 34th avenue.

Family members, friends, and people in the area tell News 25, despite his nickname “Trouble”, Wilson was a loving person who cared for everyone in the community.
