Arrested for felony credit card fraud

The Biloxi Police Department arrested 29-year-old Eddie Louis Smith III of Gulfport on a warrant for felony credit card fraud.

The warrant and arrest stem from an investigation where the victim reported an unauthorized debit card purchase in excess of $100 at a business in the 2600 Block of Beach Boulevard in Biloxi.

Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain previously set Smith’s bond at $25,000 at the issuance of the warrant. Smith was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center.
