Arrested and charged with photographing for lewd purposes

On October 9th, 2018, the Biloxi Police Department responded to the 2000 Block of Pass Road in reference to a suspicious circumstances complaint. Officers arrived on scene and were told that a subject had been using his cellular phone to take images underneath a females dress.

Officers were advised the subject was a black male with dreads, wearing blue jeans and a dark colored shirt. The suspect had just left the scene, prior to officer’s arrival. Officers managed to locate a subject matching the description of the suspect in close proximity to where the incident occurred. The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Frankie Denor Mcclendon Jr.

Officers obtained consent from Mcclendon to search his cellular phone where a video of the victim was located. Mcclendon was arrested and ultimately charged with Photographing for Lewd Purposes, which is a felony. Mcclendon was given a $10,000 bond on the charge and was later transferred to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center.
