Arrested for capital murder

Moss Point Police Chief Brandon Ashley announced the arrest of 24-year-old James Ward charged with capital murder in the death of a man in January.

Ward turned himself in without incident this afternoon and is currently being held in the Jackson County Jail.

Moss Point police arrested Kendrick Williams in Pascagoula on Friday. The two men have both been charged with capital murder in the death of Kellie Guy whose body was found dumped behind the abandoned Ed Mayo School in the Kreole community.
