Arrested for arson in Biloxi

The Biloxi Police Department arrested 29-year-old Christian Britton Brooks of Biloxi, MS for arson.

The arrest stemmed from an investigation where Brooks was allegedly setting fire to the back of an occupied residence.

A witness was able to extinguish the fire and remove the occupants from inside.  The incident occurred in the 300 block of Fayard St.

Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain issued an arrest warrant for Brooks with a $50,000.00 bond.  Brooks was transported to the Harrison County Jail.
