Arrested and charged with commercial burglary
Sheriff Matt Haley announced the arrest of 24-year-old Chase Lizana and 31-year-old Grace Anderson, both of Gulfport.
According to Sheriff Haley, on January 16th, the sheriff’s office responded to A Plus Storage on a report of two storage units being burglarized.
Harrison County Sheriff’s Investigators were notified shortly after by Long Beach Police Department that they had stopped a stolen vehicle and located items matching the items stolen in the commercial burglary.
Long Beach Police Department identified the suspects as Lizana and Anderson. Upon further investigation, Harrison County Sheriff’s Investigators determined that Lizana and Anderson were responsible for the burglaries and they were both transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention where they were charged with two counts of commercial burglary.
They are both being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond each.
