Arrested for aggravated assault

A Gulfport man has pled guilty to two counts of aggravated assault after a shooting at a bar in Bay St. Louis.
Twenty-four year-old Trey Tillery was arrested after firing two shots from a 40-caliber glock handgun into the leg and foot of one of the victims at Bouy’s Bar on Beach Boulevard.
The district attorney’s office reports that physical evidence at the crime scene indicated at least four shots were fired by Tillery into the bar. Tillery attempted to flee the scene, but was apprehended by the bar owner.
His sentencing is scheduled for April 26th.
