Arrest of Andrew Ryan Law

Today, January 05, 2016, Chief of Police Wayne Payne announced the arrest of Andrew Ryan Law, 31 from the Vancleave area of Jackson County, on two counts of Grand Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and Credit Card Fraud.
D’Iberville Police Captain Marty Griffin said the D’Iberville Police Department received a stolen vehicle complaint and a Credit Card Fraud on Monday, January 04, 2016, from the Lake View Village shopping area on Sangani Boulevard. The stolen vehicle was later recovered in D’Iberville on the morning of January 05, 2016. During the investigation into both of these crimes, Andrew Law was developed as a suspect and attempts were being made to locate him.
Captain Griffin said later in the afternoon of Tuesday, January 05, 2016, another vehicle was reported stolen from Central Avenue and was recovered a few hours later in east Biloxi by the Biloxi Police Department. Law was located in the area and was found to have items stolen from the latest vehicle in his possession.

Law was booked into the Harrison County Jail on a total bond of $150,000 set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain pending and initial appearance.
