Arrest made in Reserve Apartments shooting

On May 13, 2017 at approximately 7:28 p.m., the Gulfport Police Department responded to the Reserve Apartments located at 11200 Three Rivers Road in reference to a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers located Terry Singleton and Fredrick Robinson deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
An extensive investigation conducted by the Gulfport Police Department Detective Division, with the assistance of the Biloxi and D’Iberville Police Departments and Harrison County Sheriff’s Department, led to the identification of 35-year-old Torre Mandrell Clark as the individual responsible for both homicides. As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued charging Clark with two counts of first degree murder.
On May 19, 2017 at approximately 6:12 p.m., members of the United States Marshall’s Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force, located Clark in Meridian Mississippi at the Rodeway Inn located at 146 U.S. Highway 11/80. Clark was arrested without incident.
Clark will be transported to the Harrison Adult Detention Facility where he will be held in lieu of a $2,000,000 bond as set by Judge Diane Ladner.
