Arrest made in vehicle burglary investigation in Gautier

GAUTIER, Miss. (WXXV)- The Gautier Police Department made an arrest in relation to a vehicle burglary investigation this afternoon.

Twenty-eight-year-old Roberto Molina Jr. of Gautier was arrested in connection after police encountered him during an unrelated call for service and developed information linking him to several recent vehicle burglaries at apartment complexes on Martin Bluff Road.

A follow up investigation led to the recovery of stolen property connected to these cases. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.

The Gautier Police Department wants to remind everyone to remember to lock your vehicle doors. Always remove valuables from your vehicle.
