Arrest made in Relation to Pass Shooting

Coast law enforcement authorities are still trying to get to the bottom of the cause of the shooting at the Mardi Gras parade in Pass Christian.
Today, they did release more information on the arrests they’ve made. Fifty-one year-old Sharon Johnson was arrested by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department for hindering prosecution. Officials tell News 25 Johnson removed clothing worn by one of the victims in the shooting from the hospital and then lied about it. Gun residue on that clothing would have contained gunshot residue. That residue could have provided valuable information to help authorities answer more questions involved with the shooting.
The Pass Christian Police Department also announced Malcolm Dedeaux, Jessie Lee, Jermaine Ratcliff, Quamaine Williams, Charles Johnson, Rodney Burks and Deonica Shaw have all been arrested in connection with the investigation into the Pass Christian shooting.
