Details emerge, arrest made in Long Beach shooting

Long Beach Police have charged an 18-year-old with aggravated assault after a late night shooting.
Police said Keone Moore was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Harrison County jail and bonds were set at $515,000.
A 17-year-old was injured in the shooting and was taken to a hospital out of state.
The shooting happened around 10:24 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Via Don Ray, which is off Daugherty Road. Police found a 17-year-old male with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital, then transferred to a hospital in Mobile, Alabama, where he is in stable condition.
During the investigation, Moore was identified as a suspect. Detectives also found several firearms at Moore’s home, as well as a large amount of marijuana.
