Arrest made in Cinco De Mayo shooting

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- Gulfport Police announcing the arrest of Jordan Johnson in connection to the Cinco De Mayo shooting.

Police posting to social media he was located and taken into custody on Friday night. The incident stems from a shooting on Highway 49 on May 5, police finding a man who had been shot.

That victim later died at the hospital.

Harrison County Coroner Brian Switzer identified the victim as 34-year-old Christopher Skinner of Gulfport.
