Arraignment in Waffle House Shooting Set for Monday
The former Biloxi firefighter accused in the shooting death of a Waffle House waitress has his arraignment set for Monday.
A grand jury indicted 45-year-old Johnny Mount for first degree murder for the November 27th killing of Julie Brightwell. Fifty-two year-old Brightwell was shot and killed at the Waffle House on Highway 90 in Biloxi. Police say Mount was the customer who pulled the trigger.
There were three other employees and six customers inside of the diner at the time of the shooting.
