Annual Gulf Coast Music and Food Truck Fest hits the Coast

The second annual Gulf Coast Music and Food Truck Festival hit the Coast over the weekend, ready to fill a crowd hungry for a good time.

As the name implies, guests entered the event greeted by 22 different food trucks with all different type of cuisine served.

The festival also hosted a variety of musical artists, ranging from country to soul and pop.

After guests filled their stomachs, they enjoyed a variety of other vendors with goods like clothes, jewelry, and more.

Event organizer Tai McFadden says this event brings all of food truck owners down to one spot to show off their culinary skills. “I sing, I do stuff of that nature. I know how it is to hustle. I see them doing it all the time down here on the Coast. So, bringing them all together in one spot where people can come out and see them and just know where they’re at. I know that they strive off of that.”

Carnival games, face painting, and other activities were available for the kids as well.
