Annual GCAR fall food drive

A group of real estate agents from across the Coast are taking the day off from getting people into homes and teaming up to give those in need a warm meal.
As part of the National Realtor Day of Service, the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors held their annual fall food drive at the neighborhood Walmart on Highway 49 in Gulfport.
As the holidays approach and many food banks take a hit, the organization is looking for any and all food donations which they will distribute to various food pantries across the Gulf Coast. Amanda Cumberland with Gulf Coast Association of Realtors said, “We as realtors feel like it’s important to give back to our community so we have an annual food drive that goes to different food pantries along the Gulf Coast and it’s just part of us giving back. Be thankful for everything we have here on the Coast.”
