Amber Alert: Child found dead in Madison County, Mississippi
Three people are in custody, charged with capital murder for the kidnapping and murder of a six-year-old boy in Mississippi.
It all began overnight when the little boy, Kingston Frazier, was asleep inside his mother’s Toyota Camry. She was at a grocery store in Jackson around 2 a.m. when two men pulled up in a Honda. One jumped in and stole the vehicle with the boy inside. An Amber Alert was issued.
Hours later, the Camry was found in Madison County. The little boy inside, dead of a gunshot wound. Eighteen-year-old Dwar Diondro Wakefield of Ridgeland was taken into custody around 11 a.m. and 18-year-old Deallen Washington was arrested shortly after. Madison County Sheriff Randy Tucker said, “It is a very tragic incident. I can assure you that Madison County, Franklin County, Hinds County and Jackson, we’re all going to work together. We’re going to bring this individual to justice. It’s never a good day when something like this happens. Our hearts go out to the family.”
