Amazing Women of South Mississippi: Spotlighting Julie Olivari

WXXV News 25 continues its new segment highlighting some phenomenal women in the area called ‘Amazing Women of South Mississippi.’

This week we are spotlighting Julie Olivari.

Olivari is not a native Mississippian but has completely immersed herself in the culture and works to give back to the community she has made home.

She started ‘Concerts on the Causeway’, which is a program that hosts concerts with all proceeds going to local charities. The event happens once a month and all proceeds go to different area charities every month.

On top of ‘Concerts on the Causeway’, Olivari started her own business as a virtual assistant.

She says she looks forward to doing more work in the community to help those in need.
