Alabama QB Bryce Young declares for the NFL Draft
Last year’s Heisman Trophy winner Alabama Quarterback Bryce Young declared for the NFL Draft today.
Young is projected to be the number one overall selection if the Houston Texans pick first.
Young boosted his stock even higher by opting into the Sugar Bowl and putting on a show in the Big Easy against Kansas State going 16/21 for 321 yards and five touchdowns en route to winning Game MVP honors.
After falling behind 10-0 early, the Crimson Tide went on to score 35 unanswered points in less than 18 minutes.
Young cemented his legacy as one of the best to ever do it in Tuscaloosa, ending his Alabama career with 80 touchdown passes, second to only Tua Tagovailoa in program history.
