Aggravated Assault Charge

An 18-year-old is charged with aggravated assault after Gulfport police say he shot at another man.
According to Sergeant Joshua Bromen, Gulfport resident Jordan Fairley was in an argument with the victim on Mississippi Avenue when he shot at him, but missed. Authorities say no one was struck or injured during the incident, but Fairley fled the scene.
Officers were able to locate Fairley on Kenneth Avenue. He was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
